There is so much to do at the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort and limited time to do it with all the excitement in store. All attendees should consider arriving early or staying late to enjoy the hotel and South Florida. Our group rate is available at the hotel 3 days before and 3 days after our official event dates, while supplies last.

Check-in and check-out times are subject to change.

All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.

A secure location to store your luggage and carry-ons will be provided until it is time for you to depart.

Hotel Reservations

A discounted resort fee of $30 per room, per night, plus tax, has also been negotiated. Use the link above to book your stay and ensure you receive all negotiated discounts.

Brand Team Members, your registration confirmation email will include a link for your hotel booking. Do not use the Franchisee and Exhibitor link to book your hotel rooms.

Reservations must be made by September 7, 2026, to qualify for the group rate. Reservations are subject to the group block’s availability. Make your reservations early to guarantee your room at the discounted rates.

Travel Information

Arrival

Exhibitors, Sponsors and Brand Team Members may have special scheduling requirements. Please refer to information emailed to you directly by Red Roof Events or Brand Conference Committee Members before making your travel plans.

All other attendees, please plan to arrive at the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort on Thursday, October 1, by 1 pm.

Departure

The Brand Conference will end with lunch at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 3.

Departure flights should be booked beginning at 3 pm on October 3, based on flights departing from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). If you are departing from another airport, plan on a later departure time.

Flying

The Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort is a short drive from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and FREE ground transportation will be provided from/to that airport. Ground transportation from and to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) will be provided for those who supply their airline information 30 days in advance – September 1, 2026. During registration, you will have the opportunity to report your travel. If you haven’t booked your travel, you can revisit your registration to add your flight information before September 1, 2026.

FREE ground transportation is only available for those flying in and out of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Those flying through Miami International Airport (MIA) or other nearby airports are responsible for their own transportation to/from the Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

Driving

We have arranged a $10 discount off prevailing valet parking rates for all attendees. Simply charge your valet parking fee to your guest room. The discount will be applied at check out.
