ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each property must be represented by at least one attendee at the 2026 Red Roof – Ignite Brand Conference and will be charged the “First Attendee” fee. This fee allows access to the entire event agenda. Multiunit property owners should invite business partners or property GMs to ensure each property they own is represented.

Additional attendees per property are welcome at the “Additional Attendee” fee. This fee allows access to the entire event agenda.

On-site registration is available at an increased registration fee. Register by September 28 to avoid paying increased on-site registration fees.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. Properties that do not register/do not attend will be billed a no-register/no-show fee following the event. Items vital to the company’s success are discussed and shared at the Brand Conference. Ensuring each property is represented at the Brand Conference is the responsibility of each franchisee. Therefore, as supported by item 6 of the FDD, a penalty will be charged per property for failure to attend the 2026 Brand Conference.

As a special exemption to item 6 of the FDD, dual-branded property owners may represent both properties under their dual-branded ownership without accruing the penalty charge. Dual-branded owners should look for an email at their property email address with more information about dual-branded registration or consult their operations director with questions.

Additional guests wishing to attend ONLY the evening activities (Thursday’s welcome reception and dinner, Friday’s Beach Ball) should opt for the Party Only Pass. One party-only pass is required per person per night for those not registered as a “first” or “additional” attendee. Party-only passes are for non-registered party attendees only. Do not purchase this pass for those registered as a “First” or “Additional” attendee.

FIRST ATTENDEES

Early-Bird Registration: Register NOW through July 31 for only $1,625.

On August 1, First Attendee registration fees increase to $2,235.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES

On August 1, Additional Attendee registration fees increase to $1,150.

Party-Only Passes

One Party Only Pass is required per person per night for those not registered as a “first” or “additional” attendee, who wish to attend the evening’s activities. Party-Only Passes are $325 each.

On-site Registration

Registration will be closed at midnight EST on September 28, 2026. Representatives may register on-site at The Diplomat when registration opens at 1 pm on Thursday, October 1, but will be charged $2,900 per person attending without prior registration.

No-Register Fee

Representatives who fail to register an attendee for their property will be charged $3,500.

No-Show Fee

Representatives who register an attendee for their property but fail to attend the 2026 Brand Conference will be charged the difference between their paid registration and the No-Register Fee. For example, representatives who register before July 31 at the Early Bird Rate of $1,625 and fail to attend the event will be charged $1,875.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by July 31, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations on or after August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $125 processing fee. Cancellations on or after August 31, 2026, will not receive a refund. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, the mandatory attendance policy will apply and no-register/no-show fees will be billed, as applicable.
