Franchise Attendance

Each Red Roof property must be represented by its own attendee at one of the 2023 Regional Transformatives.

Registration is FREE for one attendee from each property for representatives that register in advance* of the Regional Tranformative they attend. A multi-unit property owner should invite business partners or property GM’s to represent all properties under their ownership.

Additional representatives from the same property can attend at an Additional Attendee Fee.

Properties that do not register/do not attend will be billed a No-Show Fee after the Regional Transformatives conclude.

Registration Fees

Franchise 1st Attendee Fees

Free for one attendee

Registration is FREE for one attendee from each property for representatives that register in advance* of the Regional Transformative they attend.

* 1st Attendees of the September Dallas Regional Transformative must be registered by September 20, 2023 to qualify for free registration. Beginning September 21, all Dallas 1st Attendee registrations will be charged a registration fee of $250.

Franchise Additional Attendee Fees

$350 per person

You are encouraged to invite business partners, GM’s, and/or team members to the Regional Transformatives.

On-Site Registration: $450

Non-registered attendees of either Regional Transformative will be charged $450 For On-Site Registration.

Free registration for the 1st attendee from each property will not be honored for on-site registration.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

Items vital to the company’s success are discussed and shared at the Regional Transformative. Ensuring one’s property is represented at a Regional Transformative is the responsibility of each franchisee. Therefore, as supported by item 6 of the FDD, a fee of $450 will be charged per property for failure to attend a 2023 Regional Transformative.

No-Show Fee

Representatives that register in advance and do not attend their elected Regional Transformative will either be billed a $450 no show-fee for 1st Attendee free registrations or charged an additional $200 on top of their paid registration, if applicable. Properties not registered for either Regional Transformative will be billed a $450 no show-fee.

Additional Attendee Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of Additional Attendees 30 days before the date of the Regional Transformative (either May 12 for Philadelphia or August 28 for Dallas) will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations of Additional Attendees on or after May 13 for Philadelphia or August 29 for Dallas will not receive a refund.
