There is so much to do at Mohegan Sun and limited time to do it with all the excitement in store. All attendees— especially those traveling from the West Coast— should consider arriving early or staying late to enjoy the venue. Our group rate is available at the hotel from September 27 to October 3 while supplies last. Make sure to check flight times and keep in mind that travel time from the airport to Mohegan Sun is about 1 hour. Book flights that will ensure you arrive in time for our event’s agenda.

Smoking Areas

Mohegan Sun maintains a non-smoking environment for guests and team members. They offer designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the property as well as the Clay Pipe Cigar Bar. Contact a Mohegan Sun Team Member if you need assistance locating a smoking area while visiting the property.

Travel Information

Arrival

Plan on arriving at Mohegan Sun on Monday, September 30, 2024 by 1 pm. Keep in mind, travel time from the airport to Mohegan Sun is about 1 hour. All attendees— especially those traveling from the West Coast— should consider arriving a day early.

Departure

The Brand Conference will end with lunch and departures at 12:30pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Keep in mind, travel time from the airport to Mohegan Sun is about 1 hour. Departure flights should be booked beginning at 4:30 pm on October 2. All attendees— especially those traveling to the West Coast— should consider staying an extra day.

Flying

Mohegan Sun is a 1 hour drive from Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) and FREE ground transportation will be provided from/to that airport. Ground transportation from and to Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) will be provided for those who supply their airline information 30 days in advance – August 31, 2024. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to report your travel. Travel must be reported by August 31, 2024 to receive free ground transportation. Free ground transportation is only provided to registered attendees. If you are traveling with non-registered friends or family, please contact the transportation company at the telephone number provided in your confirmation email to arrange their transportation.

Driving

We have arranged complimentary valet and self-parking for all attendees.

Mohegan Sun is just over a 45-minute drive from Hartford, CT, about an hour from Providence, RI, an hour and a half from Boston, MA, and less than three hours from New York City. With the convenience of driving and the proximity to these city centers, it may be a more efficient mode of transportation for you.
