ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each property must be represented by at least one attendee at the 2024 Brand Conference and will be charged the “First Attendee” fee.
Multi-unit property owners should invite business partners or property GMs to ensure each property under their ownership is represented.

Additional attendees per property are welcome at the “Additional Attendee” fee.
This fee allows access to the entire event agenda.

On-Site Registration is available at an increased registration fee. Register by September 28 to avoid paying increased on-site registration fees.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. Properties that do not register/do not attend will be billed a No-Register/No-Show Fee following the event.
Items vital to the company’s success are discussed and shared at the Brand Conference. Ensuring each property is represented at the Brand Conference is the responsibility of each franchisee. Therefore, as supported by item 6 of the FDD, a penalty will be charged per property for failure to attend the 2024 Brand Conference.

Additional guests wishing to attend only the evening activities (Monday’s Welcome Reception, Dinner, and After-Hours Party or Tuesday’s Rangoli Party, sponsored by Max | HBO) should opt for the Party Only Pass.
One Party Only Pass is required per person per night for those not registered as a “First” or “Additional” attendee.

Registration Fees

FIRST ATTENDEE FEES

REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE!

Early Bird Registration: Register NOW through July 31^st for only $1,250.

On August 1^st, First Attendee registration fees increase to $1,675.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE FEES

Additional representatives from each property may attend at just $850 per person.

Party-Only Passes: One Party Only Pass is required per person per night for those not registered as a “First” or “Additional” attendee, who wish to attend the evening’s activities. Party-Only Passes are $250 each.

On-site Registration: Registration will be closed at midnight EST on September 28, 2024. Representatives may register on-site at Mohegan Sun after that time, but will be charged $2,600 per person attending without prior registration.

No-Register Fee

Representatives who fail to register an attendee for their property will be charged $3,000.

No-Show Fee

Representatives who register an attendee for their property but fail to attend the 2024 Brand Conference will be charged $1,375 in addition to their paid registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by August 31, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations on
or after August 31, 2024 will not receive a refund, and No-Show Fee will apply for First Attendee.
